- I agree Joseph. I really dislike flash on websites (especially intros). But that is just my personal opinion.

I have to agree with all the points here... Andy's templates are the 'best of breed'.
Flash can be cool for those high tech templates, but I'd rather do that myself and not have it 'tied' into the templates navigation. Flash banners are 'ok', but again, I'd like the option to implement a non-flash template when they make one with flash.
