    • That's strange.

When I am on the forum as a guest (not logged in), I can access the forum, but of course, as a guest, it's read only.

      www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=197&rb_v=viewforum

These forums are READ-ONLY for Guests, and only current RocketTheme Extensions Club or RocketTheme Joomla Club members can post. If you are not a member, please look at joining the RocketTheme Extensions club to get access to our newest extensions and be able to post in these forums.

When I go the the RokBox forum, even though I'm not logged in, I still get the 'New Topic' icon.

      www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=201&rb_v=viewforum

At that point I am asked to login or join, but still I see the icon.

Access to major portions of the RocketTheme Community Forums requires membership in one of the RocketTheme clubs. If you are already a member you can login here. If you are not currently a club member, you can Join Today!

I think if you are a RT template club member you should have access to the extensions forum without joining the Extensions club to get past Read Only.

I will confirm, but in any case, normally you should see the 'New Topic' icon and be redirected as I described if you need to join for access.

Could you also log out, clear your cookies and cache and login again to see if that clears things up?
    • Thanks,

    • Hello,

I have no 'New Topic' icon and I can't reply to any post in RokBox forum. I can post and reply in this forum, and, for ex., in Gantry or Free templates forum.

I'm an old RocketTheme template Club member but I've not renewed my subcription (soon :cheesy: ). May be it It results from that ?

    • Jem:

If you are a member in the Joomla! Templates forum you have complete access to all extensions and forums (for Joomla... haven't tried the others). Just thought I would confirm for you. To me, it's a nice "perk."
