Hello Rocket Theme Guys –
Can't do the updates you just sent me for Refraction..
A bit of a SNAFU here.
I have looked everywhere on the site and the refraction pages for simple update instructions to update from rt_refraction_j15-1.5.1 to rt_refraction_j15-1.5.6
I have tried for two days to update with the files you just sent me:
rt_refraction_j15-1.5.6.tgz
this is the error message I get:
Template install error: another template is already using the directory "homemb/mb.com/templates/rt_refraction_j15"
and for the
rt_refraction_j15-1.5.6-extensions.zip
This is the error message I get:
Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package.
Help!
Can you please point me to the instructions?
I don't have the rocket launcher.
I don't think it was ever used.
These file don't look large enough to be replacements right?
They are updates.
Am I right?

AFAIK, we don't send files for updates...
(Unless you contacted support directly and they sent you a file or something... )

Ya, I did get quite a lot of help by reading the demo, but I guess the same info should also be easily accessible on the site itself ... As I'm getting started with my first Rocket Theme right now, I have setup a test site from where I'm reading all the demo info.
It really isn't easy to find help for wordpress plugins here either (Please direct me to the resource if it's available because I have been unable to find it) - Indian Lair - Pickup women - PUA India

If only you could make the new templates load faster on your demo page. Its pain-wrecking slow and is not a good adverting for your templates. No website should be that slow loading.
And no it is not my connection. On a 100/100 mbit on lightcable.
