Reaction Theme Modification

- I suppose I'm confused at this Wordpress stuff as I just now came over from joomla. I have been trying to edit the Reaction theme on the homepage where it has a vid and some text that says "An Individual chronological journal of...". However, I don't see it anywhere. When I look at homepage settings, it says it is a post. I don't see the post. I emailed the support guys and they said it is FP Header D in the RocketLauncher.. I'm confused.. can someone clarify this please.
