Just installed WordPress 3.0.1...now Affinity 1.2 is broken

I apologize if this is the wrong forum, but I've looked and can't seem to find one that fits other than this.
I was on a WP 2.9.2 w/the Affinity 1.2 theme. I just upgraded to WP 3.0.1 and now the menu is way out of whack. I believe I have the latest version of Affinity installed -- 1.2?
