i hate to post here in general discussion forum but ive started two topics asking for support and its been a while and i got no answer ..
its been a while since i used rockettheme forums for support .. is there any changes since you guys have started supporting drupal and wordpress ?
keep up the good old work as ur known for fast support .. and now it seems doesnt exist ..

can any1 explains to me how support is done now .. rt is known for its fast support and recentely its slow .. in the past i used to get help in one day max from james .. is it the expandation or what .. 5 days for an answer is not fast at all ..

in fact number of posts/members has been grown a lot but 5 days are too long for sure.
Your site is offline right now ... will check it later again.
The issue with no padding amd margins has been solved here quite a few times in the forum.
