Editing Template Front Page Modules

After searching as best I can, I can't find info to help me edit the front page of my Rockettheme template. I've been able to find some RokStories articles for editing and I've successfully changed those. But many of the modules are still "hiding" from me. I'm using Firebug, which has been somewhat helpful, but I still can't track down all of the location. I can use Firebug to highlight my frontpage - so I can SEE the HTML code. I just can't find where I should go to edit the code.
Specifically, I need to track down: 1) Showcase-A, FP RokStories, 2) Feature-A Built with Gantry, 3) Feature -B FP Roktabs, MainTop A, B, C and D, 4) all Sidebar modules, and 5) all Footer modules.
I believe that Rockettheme should provide a guide to accompany the front page modules describing where to find each article and how to edit each article. I'm pretty sure the approach is similar regarding which template is used.
