gantry template display error

Hello,
I am unable to access the gantry template backend editor from the Template Manager page (on multiple templates). I get an all text page instead of the normal gantry editor with menus and buttons, etc. (see pasted text below).

If your permissions are ok in Help > System info > Directory permissions then you have a conflicting plugin if you Joomla, Gantry and template installation is alright.
If you have Google pagespeed plugin, disable it. One more troublemaker could be different cache plugins... - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
