    • Hello, everyone!

How can I make the Login Module look better? I'm trying to add the users avatar to the login module after the user logs in.If someone could point me in the right direction, I should be good after that. :D

    • Scratch that! How can I just add all the K2 stuff to the core Login Module?

    • If I'm not being specific enough, just let me know, but I would really like help with this.

    • This must have gotten over-looked. It's been a full week since I last replied to this

    • OK, I bounced back and forth trying to decide what login module I want to use and I've concluded that I want to use the K2 Login Module. If someone could please login to:

      dhoulmagus.nintendonerds.com/

      With the following credentials:

      Username: Tester
      Password: Tester!

I have applied a basic styling to the three user buttons labeled "My Page," "My Details," and "My Comments."

What I am desperately trying to do is make the buttons appear like the ones displayed in my RokNewsPage module on the front page, the "Comments" and the "Read More" buttons to include the mouseover styling. If someone could help me achieve this it would be GREATLY appreciated.

Also, I'm trying to get the "Logout" button on the same row as the other three buttons.

EDIT: I was able to get it all lined up nicely like I wanted to. The only think I need help with is getting the mouseover effect to work for each button.

    • Really wish I could help you here pal, but since all the knowledgeable folks are either away or too selfish to share the information, I'll give you a bump in hopes of some level 89 hero dev helping you out.. hehe, hope it helps!

      -Cheers

Thanks Joey, but take a look at my posting history sometime. You'll see that I've received quite a bit of support here. I've only had to go outside of the RocketTheme forums a handful of times for certain issues., Those were mostly because I had to deal with the authors of various modifications that were outside of the RT realm.

I'm definitely going to have to disagree with you about the staff (I'm assuming you're referring to the staff) here being "selfish." This is a large community and certain things are bound to fall through the cracks every once in a while. I don't mind waiting for help, as long as it's not too long. Patience is a virtue.

    • Hi NinentdoNerds add this at the bottom of your template.css file:
      a:hover.userbuttons {background: url(../images/overlays/dark/readon-r.png) 100% -28px no-repeat;}

The most probable reason for your post slipping by is that it was self-bumped/replied to only six hours after it was first posted. This took it out of the unanswered posts which received the most attention from mods. Self-bumping an unanswered post actually lowers the odds it will be seen . On the other hand if I have been working with someone and they have not heard a response in a day or so (on an unsolved issue) a polite reply asking if there has been any progress can help us wade through the sea of support to your side of the coast. :D
