JRequest::_cleanArray() & JLoader::register() Errors

I've been trouble shooting why my error_log file is getting huge - 15G huge. I'm getting a ton of error messages when you go to my home page - rehabxchange.com
Each time the home page is loaded I get the following messages:
What could be causing this?

Your problem stems from issues with PHP 5.3 and Joomla itself. You can ask your hosting provider to take you back down to 5.2.x or keeping 5.3, have them change the php.ini file to this value:error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
