I have seen a couple of Forum Topics talking about IE9 and how things aren't looking right in it, but not to worry, it is all pre-release and to wait for the release.
Well, I was one of the 2.8 Million people who downloaded the release version in the last day or so and guess what, my website is all messed up in IE9.
Now, as it turns out, I am not the only one. Attached are screenshots of rockettheme.com home page and the demo site that my website is based on, Crystalline. Nothing is working.

IE9 RC1 Rockettheme Demo
we were told to wait until the release for a fix, so now that it is released, do you think that a fix will be coming soon?
Not sure about the RT site, but for yours, what version of Joomla are you running? There was a MooTools issue with IE9 that caused a lot of problems and Joomla refused to put that fix in for 7 months until this recent upgrade.
If you're not on Joomla 1.5.23, can you upgrade to that and see?
Just a heads up on upgrading to 1.5.23, there were .htaccess changes as well, so you'll want to replace that file as well. Most people miss it as it's "htaccess.txt" in the upgrade pack and when you ftp over, your old ".htaccess" file stays untouched.
Hi Guys! i have the same problem with IE9. I have updated my joomla version to 1.5.23 but the problem persists.
Doug Trouten have you solved the problem with the version upgrade?
we battled a bizarre IE9 issue yesterday and turned out that we had to delete the "Browser History" before it started working again. Seems there are some seriously weird IE9 bugs related to the way it caches not just files, but also cookies and sessions.
