How does one get support?

Hello
I have some Drupal related questions that have been sitting and waiting for an answer for approx 48 hours now, is that standard? What should I expect? Should I at least get some sort of acknowledgment like 'Hey we are looking into this but it's tough' , or something ?

- posting in the theme-specific forums is a better idea. posting in the General forum with a theme-specific issue is not the best way to get a quick answer.

I did as suggested, still 24 hours and no reply, any other suggestions? Or should I allow for longer times?

My bad, I assumed that a post like www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=15&t=36997&rb_v=viewtopic ( which you also quote in your sig) was meant to imply that we can expect support, but I was obviously wrong and I have no right to complain if a post gets ignored for over a week..
Lesson learned, I will download the themes and stop bothering you with unnecessary requests. Quite disappointing.
