SOLVED Image is being scaled down for some

When I first open my site, sometimes one of the images loads very scaled down. Then when I hit refresh, it corrects itself. I've tried this on multiple browsers and computers with the same result. Also, tried clearing cache multiple times. Only happens sometimes, very strange. Any ideas on why this would be happening?

Specifically, it's the image in the "EVANGELICAL TOURS" module. Attached is a screenshot of what the image looks like scaled down.

Hi there,
It is probably the Smartload feature. When images have no defined sizes it doesn't always load them correctly.
If the images are related to a specific component then it can be added to the exclusions. Alternatively, if your site is not image heavy then just go to template admin and turn Smartload to OFF.
If this resolves your problem then please edit your first post by adding SOLVED at the start of the title and then select the green tick icon. This lets the moderators know that it can be moved to the solved section.
