Trouble installing a WordPress RocketLauncher file...

Though I do not have a current and active subscription, I am hoping I am posting my question in a satisfactory category as WordPress does not seem to be an option for me at this time.
I am trying to install a WordPress theme for a friend, and am doing so with the Rocket Launcher file. I did this after he was not satisfied with just the basic theme without the 'demo' information.

When I did this, and reconfigured the 'wp-config' file... the website reverted back to how he had adjusted it. Even the posts and categories he had created, which also had embedded YouTube videos (information that I thought I had completely removed).
Am I missing a step? Do I need to be doing something different? Any and all help possible would be greatly appreciated.
FYI... the host is Host Gator, and Fantastico Deluxe was used. The Fantastico files were left in as they should be, I extracted RocketLauncher file, went to the domain and configured the config file from the original php file, and the site is as seen currently at the above url. I even retried the install and copied the original config file via Filezilla (FTP Client). Same result...
