    • Does Joomla and phpBB3 work seemlessly together. Meaning can the two work together so they have to just log-in once or would they need a separate log-in for Joomla and phpBB3? Or is there a good plug-in forum for Joomla?

My goal is to have a site that has Joomla, phpBB3, JomSocial and a small e-commerce site that is all integrated together seemlessly with one log-in. Is this possible? If so can someone direct me somewhere to know how to do this?

Sorry for the question, I have developed in Drupal for several years and just making the switch to Joomla.

    • If you use Joomla 1.5 you can use RokBridge and RokNavMenuExporter to get "seamless" functionality with Joomla/phpBB3.

I'm not sure about JomSocial but i guess it's doable too.

    • What about Joomla 1.6?

Are there decent plug-ins for Joomla or with Jom Social is a forum not really needed?
