Delayed and Extremely slow Support

Hi,
I am really disappointed with sluggish support. Your products are very good but without support it hardly helps. I have experienced it thrice now. First time response usually takes at least 2 days. It is even worst for forums like extensions (for instance roktittie rokbridge etc.) I have given admin access to one of the moderators on my live site and i don;t know how long i have to leave the site like that (at mods mercy to have a look at it). With all due respect i cannot mention the mod's detail here and i cannot post the link to topic here but this is so very disappointing.
Please consider this as a feedback. In case any of the moderators can help me on my small issue, please PM me and i will give link to the topic which describes my issue.

I did and I replied to the thread you are referring to. The dev team will need to look at this issue as it appears to be a 3rd party plugin conflict. I have notified them.
