Can a top level menu item have no link?

Posted 14 years 3 weeks ago
    • Hi,

What I mean is, say I have a Main Menu that is ...
      HOME PRODUCTS ABOUT CONTACT
... and PRODUCTS has a bunch of sub menus

      PRODUCTS
      -- CARS
      -- SHIPS
      -- TRAINS
      -- ETC.

I would prefer that PRODUCTS not be linked to anything, Only the sub menu items would link to actual article pages. I literally just want the drop down.

      Thanks,
      RandyS

    • Try using one of these as links:

      #

      Or:

      "javascript:void(0)"

    • Perfect. I changed it to an External Link and used a # for the link.

      Thanks

    • Just in case anybody else finds this post, there is the option of using the menu item as a separator. This is an easy option but Prim's suggestions are more reliable 8)
