SOLVED Can not download template at the Joomla club

My status is:
Status Subscription Start Date Expiry Date Entitlements
Active Joomla Template Club
ThursdayMay 19 2011 FridayMay 18 2012 3
But when I try to download a Joomla Template I get the following error:
You didn't have the correct subscription to view that page. Please join or renew your membership in the one of the following clubs: Joomla Template Club, Developer Joomla Template Club
This is the first time I try to download a RT template, and I wonder if I have overlooked something exstremely elementery, or if there is a problem with the download of Templates at the moment?

I have now tried again, with no luck, and I have seached the QA, but there is no lead on what to do if the download is not working for clubmembers. I did not try to download anything when I purchased the membership, so I guess it has never worked......looking foreward for a lead and a solution

The problem maybe related to session, you will need to logout then login again in order for the error to disappear (if the issue still persists, then clear your browser's cookies for rockettheme.com)
