    • Do you have a fresh database? What is with the ads?

    • You might want to turn display errors on in your php.ini whenever you get a "blank" page. There are relevant clues there without which it could be anyones guess what your problem is. Have you tried installing Joomla by itself to this account? Does it work or does it too throw errors? Are the installs you did before on this same server or is it a new hosting account? Versions change and with them default settings, if this is a new server I'd verify you can get any copy to install first. If it won't, turn errors on in your php.ini and start there :)

      Everything is fresh and brand new:site, database, account with Godaddy. What is with the ads ???
      I haven't tried installing Joomla by itself yet to this account. And I have already one Joomla site on Godady for a year.
      Now how can I find out how to turn errors on in php.ini?
      Here is my php.ini:

      register_globals = off
      allow_url_fopen = off
      expose_php = Off
      max_input_time = 60
      variables_order = "EGPCS"
      extension_dir = ./
      upload_tmp_dir = /tmp
      precision = 12
      SMTP = relay-hosting.secureserver.net
      url_rewriter.tags = "a=href,area=href,frame=src,input=src,form=,fieldset="
      [Zend]
      zend_extension=/usr/local/zo/ZendExtensionManager.so
      zend_extension=/usr/local/zo/4_3/ZendOptimizer.so

      Thank you all for help.

    • Like I said, versions change so that default Vserver you ordered with Godaddy a year ago will not be the same as what you have ordered now. I have all my servers with them and have had my share of headaches for that very reason. Definitely turn on errors and see what it throws, or, try a standard Joomla install and see if by chance that succeeds, though I'm guessing it won't. Best of luck, and remember to document what you find for future reference (might wanna post it here as well to save someone else the cranial bleed in the future ;D )

      BTW, lets hope that isn't the entire php.ini, that file should be many, many lines long... That is assuming you have a virtual server with them, if it's shared hosting all bets are off (you really want to have control of your server, I highly recommend going with a vserver)

    • Looking at the rest of the Joomla community, you guys go above and beyond from what has become "customer service". Not everyone who uses this website is at the same technical level. It's nice to see RocketTheme taking care of all of it's members.

      Anyway, thank you guys for everything.

    • I have almost got things going but I am getting this error -

      Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '"' in /home/brianfle/public_html/seniorsconsultant/configuration.php on line 28

      Any ideas for solving this one?

      Thanks in advance
