I use Yanc, no problems and i have 50k+ Emails on it.

YaNC (yet another newsletter component) was developed by me in my time with Tim_online. After I left Tim_online, they decided to stop development of it and I picked it up again. It enables you to send newsletters and manage email addresses.
YaNC allows you to create several newsletters in HTML or text format. Compose your mailing and use YaNC to send it.

- Thank you for the suggestion but I don't think this is what I need... I need a field for them sign in their name, location (a drop-down list that I make), and e-mail.
