Today I was searching on the internet for feedback about Joomla themes companies. This is what I found and i must say, this guy has for 100% right. He is telling the truth.
I have purchased Joomla themes from several companies, and my experience is somewhere in the middle between very satisfied and a "bit" satisfied. The reason why I am not 110% happily with any of the Joomla template vendors is because they all are offering great support in the beginning, but when their community grows, they are not offering the same good level of support as when they started and I became a customer.

IMHO, for any template company vs. members, it's that members do not read / understand the TOS when they join...
At RT, we always try to answer RT template inquires expediently.
For RT, again IMHO, the problem lies in the fact that many mods have knowledge that extends beyond the templates themselves, and members expect much more than they are entitled to in terms of support, so it becomes a never ending process of us always giving 'a little more' and members always expecting 'a little more'.
So, little by little, members expect RT to be their 'be all end all solution'...
''Why doesn't xx component work?" or "I posted on the xx developer's forum and haven't received a reply... their support is to slow" is the usual...
We support the templates 100%, besides that, any additional support should be considered a courtesy.
So if you have a specific, template related issue, please provide a link and we will take a look.

Being a customer of RT for many years i find the level of support outstanding.
I am also with other providers and they offer support but RT take the lead.
The mods here go out of their way to help you and not just with RT issue's.

I would be interested to understand what you expect in terms of support. I took a quick look at your previous posts and most have been answered. I did find it amusing that almost one third of your posts were requests to have a vBulleting template club. :cheesy:
As JEM said - the more we give, the more members expect. Still it was 2 years ago and we have more support now, although having said that we are having to cope with Joomla 1.6 as well as Joomla 1.5 option, and a lot more extensions from RocketTheme :cheesy:
I am sure you will still find your membership is value for money.
