    • Is there an ETA, now that it is 6 days late! I really think you need to offer us paying customers something to make up for breaking the contract.

    • Please. You should be apologizing as we have to, to our clients in order to keep business. I am disappointed you are defending this extremely late release. It sounds like you are now stating that because it isn't in the contract, you will release whenever you feel like it and to hell with us and our clients. I didn't sign up for that. Please don't respond. I'm not in the mood for fighting. Just wanted to stand up for what I am paying for and try not to lose business.

      2. I have many clients. I don't need to apologize to them. Why would I? Are you saying that you have promised your clients this month's template sight unseen? If so how does that business model work? I can give you a new website but I have no idea what it's going to look like? Sign me up for those clients!

      This would mean that for this Month's template you have all of your content done, cross linked, optimized for SEO, menu structure done, etc etc and just have to add a new template that you don't even know if it will fit with the site you are making? Hmm....

      3. As for defending, not really. I am merely stating a facts. Yes, the release is late. Yes, Andy let us know about it ahead of time. No, it doesn't say the the release HAS to be on the 1st.

      4. Many template providers release arounf the 15th-20th of the month when they feel like it. However, Andy has made it an RT "Goal" to get as close to the first as possible.

      Many times the templates come out a day before they are supposed to, so in this regard why don't you cut them some slack?

      Then you wouldn't like Joomlart or various other clubs because they hardly release on the 1st. It's more of 1 month cycle with no date of release, but for sure within that month.

    • When you see the July 11th template in it's full glory, sporting RokGallery you will realize it was worth the wait.

      I also believe it was very good member relations for Mr. Miller to extend the subscriptions of those members whose expiry would have been before the July 11th template was available.

      As for our competitors, they won't be happy with RokGallery :mrgreen:
