How to link to an article from another article?

The problem I encounter when using index.php?option?option=com_content&view=article&id=102 is that the breadcrumb will double up:
www.crescendas.com/joomla/our-businesses...n=com_content&id=102
.
If I don't use the subfolders, it will appears at the homepage without the breadcrumb at all.

Hi Tim and Henning,
I have done this, but how do I know the URL of this article since the menu is hidden? I can't just use the direct link of index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=102, because I need the breadcrumb to show the menu hierarchy properly as well.
Also, when I rename the menu, the URL still reflect the old menu name. How do I get the URL to refresh?
Lastly, is it possible to have the parent or root menu not clickable? Only the child menu have links to article?
