HYPERION Template lightbox/Module error Help

We have installed Rockettheme - "Hyperion". While configuring our lightbox forms which uses jQuery (
ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jq
... ery.min.js) with Hyperion theme we observed that Header Image scroller and Recent Videos modules stop working.
We have also used code -
