Best Template for Community Builder

Hi All
Can anyone suggest a RT template that plays nice with Community Builder? I have installed Elemental, but already I am having problems with how it affects positioning of menus and content related to CB. I'm worried that it will be counter-productive to try and track down the code that is responsible.
CB is pretty popular, so I'm hoping someone has dealt with this.

- check in the member submissions forum. if i recall correctly daniel chapman submitted something for cb... use whatever template those styles are for.
