Error when page loads

I have been getting the message "Done but with errors" when ever a page loads.
When I check the error it says Line 1, Char 1, Object doesn't support this property or method.
I have tried switch all components and mambots off, yet I am still getting it.
Any ideas ?
Also just out of curiousity at the end of each Joomla page there is a number like this

What is this number, anybody know ?

Its such a vague and standard error that is almost impossible to advise upon out of context.
