Still no contact from Support

Does anyone know how to connect with Support other than the Support email and the Contact Us page? I have tried over and over and no one responds. I purchased the wrong subscription, needed Joomla not Word Press, and just need them to please correct it, so I can download the theme.
I have never had the issue of support not answering and am really frustrated.
Can anyone assist by letting a Support member know that someone needs their help, to please respond.

That was yesterday and a Sunday as well. And furthermore it was Jan. 1st. Which happens to be the one day a year we allow the support staff to sleep for more than one hour :shock:I have never had the issue of support not answering and am really frustrated.Really? You have only six posts total let's not get out of hand. Every one of those six posts has been responded to by a moderator.
Please be patient about your signup mistake it will get addressed and see this:

Like I said, I never had an issue before and absolutely a moderator quickly responded to all my posts, that is why I was asking if they knew how to get a hold of anyone at Support. I had no idea that Support was not working on Sunday, Dec 31 or Monday, Jan 1.
The additional frustration is that I tried to purchase JomSocial with the coupon provided by Rocket Theme for $35 off and JomSocial does not even accept it, they state the coupon is expired even though the coupon is on the Rocket Theme site.
So my frustration is about a couple of items that have slowed me down.
And I dont have an issue if Support is off but l quick Auto Respond message stating that they will be offline until Jan 2, 2012 would have helped.

- They are looking into the matter. Just waiting for a member of the accounting team to verify the order. Once that is done it should be sorted out. Thank you for your continued patience. :cheesy:

Not an issue I appreciate it. Any info on the expired coupon for JomSocial that is on the Rockettheme site that states expired? Is there a new code that can be used?

- Yes it seems the coupon has expired. We're waiting on a reply from the JomSocial team with new coupon codes.
