Can't get the installation right, again fatal error

I've been trying to install for the first time a rockettheme template: reflex template including rocketlauncher. I've unpacked the zip-file and by using ftp set it on the server. Then
www.antje-ehrenburg.nl//test/rocketlauncher-etc
installed database etc but now I get a fatal error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /home/antje-ehrenburg.nl/public_html/test/libraries/rokcommon/Doctrine/Table.php on line 2445
What wenst wrong? can someone help me?

- Thanks, but in which php.file must I put the line: php_value memory_limit = "128M" or in case I will succeed in making a new php file.... in which folder do I have to put the file?

it is decribed in that article.
Not a .php file ... you need to change your existing php.ini file or create one.
If you are not sure how to do that ... contact your host.
Not all hosts allow to change or create that that file.
I would say that is a bit out of our scope ...
