Hello.
I designed my Joomla 1.5 Website offline (localhost) and then uploaded it online to my Hosting Space. It has been functioning so well; but as I try to install a new extension (module, plugin, or component), I only receive an Error Message as below: (Can anybody explain what is wrong and What the Solution is?)
JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Module Install: Failed to create directory.: "D:\inetpub\vhosts\zoomauthors.org\httpdocs\modules\mod_spo"

- sounds like your permissions may out of whack. If you go to Help - system info - Directory Permissions and see if those are all green.

Thanks for the reply Sir. I now see that the issue concerns Folder and File Permissions.
How do I turn all the "reds" to "greens"? For instance, I have the following display:
Log Directory ($log_path) /home/palmgarden/httpdocs/logs/ Unwritable
Temp Directory ($tmp_path) /home/palmgarden/httpdocs/tmp/ Unwritable
What should I do to have them "Writable"?
