Why, sometimes, we have to ° battle° whit the moderators?

Im not the best for code and others, but sometinìmes i really battle for find a solution.
Is not the first time is the second time that this happen.
I post a problem, as many, moderators take a look, give some good solution, but when they don' t have a solution that resolve the problem in reality thats it.....for them is finish also if a live website is broken.
Now in this moment many have the problem whit rokstories, the solution was " upgrade not to the 2.5.0" but jump from 1.7.3 to 2.5.1. as the 5.0 give problem....ok is the true but also 4 days ago some said " the problem is upgrade the mod not the joomla".
At the end you can upgrade joomla to 5.1 and you template work as the moderator said but they never replay to the real problem that upgrade also the mods give the same problem.
So i know my english is not good and is better like this 1.7.3--->2.5.1 all work...upgrade also the mods is like this ariosasia.eu/ .
So what now? we live the website whitout update anymore the mod???? or what?

just to say: none of our moderators is interested in 'battling' with any members.
i have followed the latest posts that you have written to understand what exactly your issue was/is.
i see it is related to upgrading your hybrid 1.7.x site to joomla 2.5.0 right after it was released.
as we mentioned before, there are some known issues and of course we are not able to fix them all right away, especially after we found out that actually a LOT of the issues were related to issues with the CORE JOOMLA updater to 2.5.0 and not our own products.
as seen in the forum, joomla was updated to 2.5.1 and many of the issues previously mentioned here got resolved after this bug was out of the way.
dan has reported the rokstories issue in hybrid and the developers still need to take a look and see what exactly is going on, but until then PLEASE just roll back to your backup. you even recommended the same thing to one of the other members. and it's totally out of the question that MAJOR updates like this just should NEVER be done on a live site without prior testing. :shock:
we do acknowledge that there might be an issue, it has been forwarded to the devs and both you members and us moderators have to be patient until the issue gets addressed.

Battle is just for explain the situation:).
Alo here Kat how can I explain to you? is the upgrade the mods that make the problem.
I said" 1.7.3--->2.5.1 all work...upgrade also the mods is like this ariosasia.eu/ . Its mean upgrade From 7.3 to 5.1 resolve the problem, than if you Upgrade the Mods Rokstories the same problem come back!
BUT also here you say the same: "as seen in the forum, joomla was updated to 2.5.1 and many of the issues previously mentioned here got resolved after this bug was out of the way.". NOOOOOOOO is upgrade the mods that the problem come back also whit 5.1! ...this i mean battle, i mean i said one thing you answer whit another.

Now see this, after more there 1 month that i tried to explain to all about this problem of rokstories this moderato said " i dont see rokstories!!!!!"

You are the support and a good tech in joomla, think about the link people provide to you not what your browser give, as we are from many country and the english is not our primary language. BTW, dont just click...read the link, I give you the right one and can see very well!!!

PS: this time let me know if I'm right or not, as you think I'm wrong i never user again your support, I'm bored all the time point error and stay weeks whiout solution, like many, may ,many others, and also must find evidence i'm right....let me know ok?( not in weeks if is possible )

BTW you need to disable css compression ... to see the change if you try my suggestion.
