SOLVED Javascript conflict

Hello guys, I have this conflict with rockquickcart extension and another 3rd party extension and i would love to use both of them. There seems to be a javascript conflict between them. If i disable the 3rd party extension (activehelper live chat) then the rockquickcart loads normally otherwise it wont load.
If there is someone to give me some pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, Thanks for the post!
I have been bangin my head against my test server trying to resolve a problem with ActiveHelper on Joomla 1.5.25 and Nexus template.
Found MooAccordian and jbetolo that claim to solve js conflicts.
Any recommendation between the two?
