- I can't see the css I suggested in your template.css ...
  
  Www.Zdstudenti.net76.net/templates/rt_moxy_j15/css/template.css
  
  please add it at the end of it.

- see my screeshot - when I override your template.css and add the code I suggested it works.
  
  If you click on the link to your template.css its not in ...
