Some minor template issues with Joomla and phpBB

Hello,
I just started playing with the forum integration using Joomla 2.5.1, RokNavMenu Exporter 1.1 and phpBB 3.0.10.
One thing I've noticed is, while the forum is displayed, the 'HOME' menu entry gets marked as selected (I noticed this on various templates like Panacea, Modulus, Camber). Any ideas how this can be fixed?
At phpBBs Camber template, the menu bars hight is taller than at joomla - The mouse was over the "FORUM" menu entry at the attached screenshot.
At phpBBs Panacea template, the bar below 'HOME' (drawn in the same color as the label) is displayed one pixel too low.
At the Joomla Panacea template, the "Header Positions" setting (Tab layouts) effects the horizontal position of the first menu entry. Is there a similar option on the Panacea phpBB template?

- When using the roknavmenu exporter you can specify which menu item to highlight initially.
