    • I recently updated my Robox and needed to delete the extension to get the newest version. By mistake I deleted the Content - Robox file. And the updated Robox did not load that file. How do I get it back?????

    • I have 1.5.25. I went into plugin manager section and deleted a file called content-rokbox

    • Can you go to the installation manager, filter plugins and uninstall RokBox entirely? After that try to install it from the beginning.

    • I tried to upload a standalone version of Roxbox and received the following error:

      Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package.

      what is that about?

    • As you said, you tried to install standalone version of RokBox. This version is not Joomla extension. It is meant to be used on general non Joomla web sites

    • Okay, I loaded the content file and was successful to get the content file, hooray!, back but I can not see the RokBox system file in the plugin section of Joomla. I tried to load it the systems file but it says the following:

      JInstaller::install: There is already a folder called '/home/content/32/7307932/html/plugins/system/rokbox.php'. Please initially check whether:
      • the Extension is already installed
      • the file names in the XML file are spelled correctly
      • there are no XML files listed inside the extension.xml file
      • all of the files (not including XML files) are correctly listed in the extension.xml file and there are no duplicate entries
      • there is an empty folder listed from a previous installation attempt

      I looked to see if it was there but I can not see the systems file

    • No I did not. How would I look for that? I do not see that via the Joomla Admin interface. Is there a specific path that I should look at via my FTP interface??

      Thanks I found the problem using my FTP interface. To solve I just followed the below directory:

      "There is already a folder called '/home/content/32/7307932/html/plugins/system/rokbox.php'. "

      which was in the error message, deleted the rokbox files (there was two in the folder) and then reinstalled the rokbox zip package.
