    • Hi there,

      Without a link to your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.

      Can you please post a link to the problem and we will do our best to assist you.

      Thanks :)

    • Hi there,

      With gzip and/or caching being turned on it makes it impossible to see the filenames from where the code is being pulled. These should be turned off and then the proper names will show after cache is cleared. This should only be turned on when going live - after all changes have been made.

      You can turn it off in the template admin, towards the bottom in Advanced section - Gantry Cache & Gantry Zipper. If you have RokGZipper installed go to Plugins > System - RokGZipper and disable it. Then go to Admin > Tools > Clean Cache - select everything and delete. Also clear the cache in your browser. Now you have a clean start to debug any problems :cheesy:

      Please post back here when it is done and I will look again. 8)

    • Hi there,

      Try adding the following code to the bottom of template-webkit.css...
      #rt-showcase .rt-grid-12 .rt-block {margin-top:30px;}
      If this resolves your problem then please edit your first post in this thread by adding SOLVED at the start of the title and then select the green tick icon. This lets the moderators know that it can be moved to the solved section.

      Thanks for your cooperation :)
