    • go through FTP to check this image /star/media/rokgallery/f/f52f4f41-58e4-415a-9c87-2a95be328f37/2e88fa67-3092-4646-99e0-1b1bd376c200.jpg

      perhaps the file is corrupted.

    • after looking at the page it seems that you deleted that file but the rokgallery component is still looking for that image. can you remove the image reference from rokgallery? in the back end

    • I run a backup, because I had a problem. Unfortunately I'd forgotten to save some files. After the backup, I didn't have this following file any more: /star/media/rokgallery/f/f52f4f41-58e4-415a-9c87-2a95be328f37/2e88fa67-3092-4646-99e0-1b1bd376c200.jpg

In the picture gallery, I can see the files, but not the pictures. And when I try to delete them, an error message comes up.

How can I bypass that in the back end to delete them and reload them again? Sorry, I'm still not that used to Joomla. Thanks.

    • that line will probably need to be deleted in phpmyadmin but first have you tried renaming an image to the same name and uploading it with ftp to that location? It may allow the delete after that. If not then perhaps phpMyAdmin is the next best option to remove the line referring to that.

    • The thing is I changed the name of the file after I loaded it and I can't remember it now. Which file can I edit in phpMyAdmin?

    • Thanks cdavis411

The problem started when I uploaded the backup bud I did not upload the phpMyAdmin.
That's why the old Joomla files got mixed with the phpMyAdmin.

      Now everything is fine.

Thanks a lot for you help

GREAT! glad you got it sorted. I suggest using Akeeba backup to make the restoration process much easier.
