    • Given that the CB dudes are part of Joomla core team it's a bit surprising they were caught on the hop no ?

Not the core team as I am remember, just the Q&A work group, there is a different. However, I think Sam from the core team posted a fix in the joomlapolis forums for CB.

Any idea if the ItemID issue has been fixed in 1.0.13?

Yes, there is a switch you can flip in the Global Config. I would only flip it in offline testing. If you made changes to work around it in 1.0.12 (like I did) flippin the switch makes unfunny things happen. :(

If you read the post on the Joomlapolis site, they weren't caught so much as they had been reccomending it not be released because of some security vulnerabilities that Beat found.

    • lol. Well, pants down is how he was caught then if that's the case.

I got the impression though that he wasn't expecting it so soon which was the problem.

I wont be upgrading either way until I know the vulnerabilites have been fixed or I find out that they don't actually exist.
