Problem with Halcyon in IE

I have a problem with the Halcyon template - the menu items (tabs) are not showing in any ie version other than 10 (tested with ie tester). Can someone please help me fix this?
I am building a new site on a sub-domain ( compucage.10ro.com ) and will transfer when finished.
Another problem is that rounded corners are not shown either (menu tabs, pictures, carousel etc)...
Using Joomla 1.5.25 and I installed everything through rocket launcher.

It works fine in IE7/8/9
Btw, IE10 is just a developers preview so it shouldn't be used as default browser anyway. - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

That's strange...We just got new computers in the office. On mine it shows OK in IE 9, on a different one with IE 9 there are no menu tabs.
And in the IE Tester software there are no tabs in any of the versions prior to 10. I guess is the IE Tester that causes the problem.
Any advice on the rounded corners for tabs, images etc?

Have you tried using IE9 and then pressed F12? Select Browser Mode just to test
