For some reason my website is consistently slow to load the homepage. I have a ton of redirects and a slide show on page one. I have gantry zipper off as it causes the page to load incorrectly.
So who know of a load movie for joomla even the animated progress bar and my logo...

You really should address the page load but apart from that, create a small animated gif, or use one from the many ajax loader gif downloads, and load it right after the body tag then do some javascript/css to unload it with a body onload().
If that makes no sense, ya need someone with a little more web kung-fu to help ya.
