How long a Developer Membership Entitlements...

  • How long a Developer Membership Entitlements...

    • Hi all forum participants.

I'm new here and immediately apologize for my English - I used google translator
I have a few questions that I have not found answers browsing a website and forum at RT.

How should we understand the following:

      http://www.rockettheme.com/joomla-club-details#terms
      Developer Membership (nr 3):
Developer level members need to renew their developer level account if they wish to continue to deploy RocketTheme templates to new clients after their existing Developer membership has expired. The developer level account allows for unlimited usage in client projects, it does NOT allow for redistribution of templates in any form. If you have questions regarding this distinction please check with the FAQs or contact us using the Contact form.
Does this mean that after one year of losing an unlimited number of deployments?
If so how does this apply to:

      https://www.rockettheme.com/help/entitlements
Can I use entitlements after membership expiration?
Yes, if you have spare entitlements after your membership has expired, you can set up sites with templates you have downloaded.
However, remember that your access to RokDownloads is restricted after expiration so you cannot download new files.
      http://www.rockettheme.com/joomla-club-details#faq
What does unlimited entitlements mean for the developer membership options?
The developer membership levels still adhere to the same restrictions on redistribution and resale as the regular club memberships. The developer memberships are not a way around these rules. The primary difference is that a developer level membership entitles you to an unlimited number of entitlements. This means that you can deploy RocketTheme templates to as many clients as you wish.

A developer is expected to be performing some kind of customization of the template in the process of delivering the project for the client. You are not permitted to redistribute en-masse in any automated fashion. The main reason for the existence of the developer level membership is to provide a more convenient membership option for high-volume users to reduce the need to constantly add entitlements. Also the developers are provided other features and benefits that can greatly enhance the value of this membership level.
Continuing the topic. If unlimited entitlements expire: Will buying the standard version of ( 1 [60 days]], 2 [180 days], 3 [365 days] ), I be able deploy them to clients as a developer (not just for myself), and whether such entitlements is not lapse after membership (as in the Developer Membership)?

      Greetings. :)

    • You can setup an unlimited number of sites with our templates during your subscription. Those sites setup can continue to use their templates indefinitely.

However, as soon as your subscription has ended, you cannot setup any new sites with our templates.

Furthermore, account questions are best asked at: www.rockettheme.com/contact-us

    • OK. Thank you for answering my first question.

How is the other? I recall: If unlimited entitlements expire: Will buying the standard version of ( 1 [60 days]], 2 [180 days], 3 [365 days] ), I be able deploy them to clients as a developer (not just for myself), and whether such entitlements is not lapse after membership (as in the Developer Membership)?

From what I read on this forum subscriptions (limited) are not lost?
So in the year, I used two of the three subscriptions, this will I be able to use it Later, for a year or two?
