    Subscription Expiry

    • I have purchased 6 month subscription with 2 templates entitlement. I have only downloaded one and wanted to get another one before my subscription was up. I waited for a of March Joomla template and just learned today that my subscription is no longer valid! It was set to expire on 03/06/12 which is today. I'm on the East Coast of U.S. and it's about 4:25PM EST. Why has my superscription been deactivated already??? I feel like I was ripped off by paying $75 for one template. Please advise as I really need other template. TIA
