Help with changing demo content

I just signed up and launched a new site for a client using the 'Rocket Launcher' for Joomla 2.5.
Now that the site is deployed, I've gone in as usual to make changes to text, pictures, etc. However, it (not sure what) keeps reformatting the template. For instance, I uploaded a new homepage image to display, but it does not display, and all of the modules shifted upward.
I uploaded a few new images to switch out with others, however they are not displaying and the text is changing on it own.
I have only used YOOtheme in the past and am new to RocketTheme, but most of the concepts are all the same with Joomla. Please advise

Can you please post this question in the specific template forum (you didn't mention which template did you use)?
