RT To Launch..how long?

So.. the question is this.. you have a client, they are generally responsive to info requests, how long does it take you, in general, to go from a Rocket Theme to launching a general "brochure" type website?
For us it seems that it always takes on the order of a month. There is the inevitable pingpong of content, then various approvals as well as the general module and functionality pieces like contact us and FB/Twitter yada yada.. it always seems to take around a month before the final..launch it approval.
Now, for internal projects, it seems like we can shave a week or so off that but it still takes a good bit of time to customize and fill er up with content..
So..
Whats your time frames for going from template to site's up? - Behind every great website is more coffee and cigs than you can ever imagine.

- To be fair. on the ugly side..we had one drag their feet for over a year. I finally got retentive on them, stood on their heads, called, emailed and made myself a general pain till it got out the door.. ~14 months if I remember correctly.. nightmare client.
