When should I expect the RT support team to respond?!
Posted 13 years 1 month ago
Hi,
I was wondering where I could find a direct phone number of the RT customer support, since I have tried all the ways since no response on posts, emails, PM...
I might have to do a lot to get your attention for any kind of help/support.
I have been looking for an answer for my (issue) since more than 5 days;
replied on posts, sent private messages, contacted the support@RT and now I am searching for a direct phone number - it might help - i guess.

OK, a few things about working in the forum here and how to get the response you need:
Top Tips for Support
- These are great to follow and help us to find your issue when we first check the post.
Moderators do not respond to PM's unless they request for you to PM them. This is simply due to the fact that an answer to your question might help someone else with the same issue, so we like to keep everything going in the forum.
As for PM's and seeing things in the "Outbox", it stays in the outbox until it is read by the person you sent it to. Now this doesn't mean that if it's still in the outbox, they have not read it because the content is also emailed to the person you sent it to. So they may very well have seen and read the PM already.

Hi, I looked at your other post and gave an answer.
To go along with what Ben said, you'll most likely get a faster answer if you start a new thread. The moderators look for unanswered posts to respond to, mainly due to the large number of forums we have. You posted your question to old thread which doesn't give us any notification that a new question is there. Post a new thread with your questions, and do not bump it, otherwise it will not show up as "unanswered". I check the Wordpress forums every day for new unanswered posts, if your question is not in that list it gets overlooked. Hope that helps.
The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.
