since nearly 1 month I have been waiting for an answer to my question under
www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=21...56973&rb_v=viewtopic
I expect someone of the official Rockettheme members (NOT the moderators) to pay attention to such questions. I am sure that most customers are not only paying money for templates but for a BASIC support related to offical extensions too.
Or is a question like
Does the RokGZipper "ignore file" text input area really only accept paths to FILES?
Or can I ignore all files in a certain directory too by entering /Directory/SubDirectory/..?
too difficult for the developer of RokGZipper!
