Not trying to fuel your fire.. but in defense of RT this is an understandable occurrence.
It clearly states in the FAQ ----
Q: Can I download template available during my membership when my membership has expired?
A: No, membership entitles you access to the downloads and club-only areas of the forum. When your membership expires, you no longer have access to these club benefits and you must renew to regain access.
As it is RT offers excellent support and has a steady, timely flow of templates and updates and extensions that is above and beyond what most provide. It seems only fair for them to have these stipulations in place.
Why be so aggressive at something that is mentioned upon signing up? - Jason M

I would just want to add the following from our Help section
Q: What happens when my RocketTheme Club Membership expires?
A: Once your RocketTheme Club Membership expires, you will no longer have access to the template and style download sections, the member support forums, or new template, style and extensions releases.
The entitlements included in your membership are not time limited, so you can continue using the templates, themes, and styles on the sites you set up 'during' your membership, even after your membership has expired. However, you must renew your membership in order to receive additional entitlements and set up new sites using RocketTheme templates, themes, and styles.
I have to agree with JMSolo that honestly there is no reason for such offensive reaction on something that is clearly stated all over the site, in the Help section, during membership selection, in our Terms and conditions. RT is not hiding that fact from anybody so I would guess that you were familiar with all the terms and conditions of using this club before you actually signed in for the first time - Check my services at: Mihha-Vision
