I would guess that they are gonna wait until after the bridge issue are resolved.. or at least a solution to the password issues are discovered.
This is a smart choice I think, because once you install 1.0.13 and begin to convert the password protocols, you cannot go back. It's a one-way road. So, if they adopted 1.0.13 into RocketLauncher and someone wanted to use a bridged-forum, it would be impossible at this point and would make for a very unhappy camper. - "Everyone has to get knocked-down every once-in-a-while, otherwise you'll never learn how to get-back-up!

- no plans to do that at this time.. just install the 1.0.12 version and upgrade joomla to 1.0.13 if you need it.
