Problems with the panacea menu templates

I installed the templates and extensions, then I went to the site and customize the menu but I preferred the color change works on all pages except the home, attach the links below to see how (the site is work in progress ), how do I fix this? Thanks for any answers.

Sorry for the late reply.
So do you want the Home page to have the same colours as your other pages do?
Home page uses a red scheme for menu items and other menu pages use an orange.
