General Question about width

Screen are becoming width and width..
When looking to statistics of my website, 80% of the visitor have resolution more than 1024 wide.
Is there any chance to have in the near future templates based on 1280 grid instead of 1024.
I think it could be a great idea !!!

yes of course.
But my question is more general ans is about the future of the RocketTheme templates...
I just want to know if there is plan to adapt the standard width to fill the trend of visitor's resolution.

Well 960 its still the major standard right now ... if that will change RT will change this too.
Gantry 4 will have an "responsive" option.
I guess the trend is not really bigger bigger bigger. The real trend is mobile mobile mobile.
