What has happened to support???

- Hi,
  
  I have been waiting for replies from support on 2 of my threads since Tuesday. Support has been so brilliant up until now. I also sent an email to to "General Enquiry" inbox yesterday querying this and received a response saying they would get someone to look in to this asap.
  
  I am still waiting. My website is live but not working and it is very unprofessional for me to be showing a broken website.
